The new flexible benefits platform launched in April has increased the number of people logging on to 80 per cent (2013 : 63 per cent) and has led to significantly higher take-up rates.

Our total emissions have reduced by 10.4 per cent mainly as a result of a reduction in our electricity consumption in the year.
